At WearTech Advanced Materials, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refund
1.1 Quality Issues: If you receive products that are defective, damaged, or do not meet the agreed specifications, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
1.2 Notification Period: You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
1.3 Evidence Required: Clear photos showing the defect, original packaging, and shipping label.
2. Non-Refundable Items
2.1 Custom-made or specially ordered products cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
2.2 Products that have been installed, used, or modified.
2.3 Products returned without prior authorization.
2.4 Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Procedure
3.1 Contact Us: Email sales@weartech-pro.com with your order number, issue description, and supporting photos.
3.2 Evaluation: Our quality team will review the claim within 3 working days.
3.3 Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
3.4 Inspection: We will inspect returned products within 5 working days of receipt.
3.5 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
4. Replacement Option
4.1 For quality issues, we may offer product replacement at our discretion.
4.2 Replacement items will be shipped once the defective product is returned and inspected.
4.3 If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped): We will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.
5.2 If the return is due to customer reasons: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
5.3 Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Before Production: You may cancel an order before production begins. A cancellation fee of 5% may apply to cover administrative costs.
6.2 During Production: If production has already started, a cancellation fee of 30-50% will apply to cover material and labor costs.
6.3 After Production and Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

3. 退款流程

4. 换货选项
4.1 对于质量问题,我们可酌情提供换货。
4.2 换货产品将在缺陷产品退回并检验后发出。
4.3 如无法换货,将全额退款。
5. 运费
5.1 如因我方失误导致退货(产品缺陷、发错货):我们承担所有合理的退货运费。
5.2 如因客户原因导致退货:您需承担退货运费。
5.3 除非我方失误,原运费不予退款。
6. 取消订单政策
6.1 生产前:您可在生产开始前取消订单。可能收取5%的取消费用于支付管理成本。
6.2 生产中:如已开始生产,将收取30-50%的取消费用于支付材料和人工成本。
6.3 生产并发货后:订单一旦发出不可取消。
