We specialize in manufacturing and supplying high-performance alumina ceramic wear-resistant materials, including but not limited to:

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability confirmation.

4.2 Payment terms: 50% T/T deposit in advance, 50% balance before shipment for new customers.

4.3 Accepted payment methods: T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union.

4.4 Prices are FOB Qingdao unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1 Standard production lead time: 7-30 working days depending on product specifications and order quantity.

5.2 Shipping methods: Sea freight, Air freight, Express courier.

5.3 Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.

5.4 We will provide tracking information once the shipment is dispatched.

6. Quality Guarantee

6.1 All products meet ISO9001:2015 quality standards.

6.2 If you receive defective products, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and description.

6.3 We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion for confirmed quality issues.

8.1 Our total liability under any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

9.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, or submitted to arbitration in Zibo, China.
