1. Production & Lead Time

Notes:

• Lead times are estimates and subject to confirmation at time of order
• Peak seasons (January-February, June-August) may require additional time
• Rush orders may be accommodated with 20% premium, subject to availability

2. Shipping Methods

2.1 Sea Freight (Recommended for bulk orders)

• Transit Time: 25-45 days (depending on destination port)
• Container Options: 20' GP, 40' GP, 40' HQ
• Best for: Orders over 500kg or 1 CBM

2.2 Air Freight

• Transit Time: 5-10 days
• Best for: Medium orders (100-500kg), urgent requirements

2.3 Express Courier

• Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT
• Transit Time: 3-7 days door-to-door
• Best for: Samples, small orders (<100kg), urgent deliveries

2.4 Train Freight (Europe Only)

• Transit Time: 18-25 days
• Cost-effective alternative to air freight for European destinations

3. Trade Terms Available

EXW	Ex-Works - Buyer arranges all shipping from our factory
FOB Qingdao	Free On Board - We deliver to Qingdao port, buyer handles ocean freight
CIF	Cost, Insurance & Freight - We arrange shipping and insurance to destination port
CIP	Carriage & Insurance Paid To - For air/land shipments
DAP	Delivered At Place - We deliver to your designated address

Default Term: All prices quoted are FOB Qingdao unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Methods & Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Wire)
• L/C at Sight (Letter of Credit)
• Western Union

• Credit Card (not available at this time)
• PayPal (not available at this time)

4.2 Standard Payment Terms

For New Customers:

• 50% T/T deposit upon order confirmation
• 50% T/T balance payment before shipment

For Established Customers (after 3 orders):

• 30% T/T deposit
• 70% T/T balance before shipment
• Longer terms may be negotiated based on order history

4.3 Bank Account Information: Bank details will be provided in your proforma invoice. All payments must be made in USD (US Dollars).

5. Packaging Standards

5.1 Standard Export Packaging

• Inner: Bubble wrap + poly bags for individual protection
• Outer: Plywood cases or fumigated wooden pallets
• Markings: Product name, specifications, quantity, "FRAGILE", "HANDLE WITH CARE"

5.2 Custom Packaging

• Custom labeling and packaging available upon request
• Neutral packaging (no company logo) available for trading partners
• Additional charges may apply for custom packaging requirements

6. Tracking & Delivery

6.1 Once your order is shipped, we will send you:

• Tracking number
• Carrier information
• Estimated delivery date
• Copies of shipping documents

6.2 You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated address.

6.3 Please inspect the packaging for damage upon receipt. If damage is found, notify both the carrier and us immediately with photos.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

7.1 Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

7.2 Customs policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs office to determine what additional costs will be before ordering.

7.3 We will provide accurate commercial invoices with correct values and product descriptions for customs purposes.

8. Shipping Documents Provided

With every shipment, we will provide the full set of documents:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
• Certificate of Origin
• Quality Inspection Report
• Material Safety Data Sheet (if required)
